1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the ari123 website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated at ari123.cam and its subdomains.
• "Member" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a personal account on the ari123 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which all wagering activity and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Member on a sports event, casino game, togel (traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other product offered by the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) funds held in a Member's account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" — promotional funds, free bets, or other incentives credited to a Member's account subject to specific wagering requirements set out in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by ari123 before processing a Member's first withdrawal, as described in Clause 4.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for all deposits and withdrawals on the ari123 platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any activity described in Clause 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to account fraud, bonus abuse, and collusion.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all ari123 operational hours, draw schedules, and support availability unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the ari123 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ari123 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions it serves.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Registrations by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which access to and participation in the ari123 platform is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online wagering in your place of residence before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of ari123 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order applicable to the ari123 platform.
• You must not have had a previous ari123 account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

Each Member may hold one account only. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is classified as Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9 and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), your date of birth, your current residential address, and a valid email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account password and any one-time passcodes (OTP) associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
• Notifying ari123 customer support immediately if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

ari123 reserves the right to suspend any account pending further investigation if unusual activity is detected — including but not limited to login attempts from multiple IP addresses, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal patterns, or activity consistent with automated wagering tools.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ari123 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. This verification process — commonly referred to as KYC — is a non-negotiable requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

The standard KYC submission for Indonesian Members comprises the following documents:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional), showing the Member's full name, date of birth, and national identification number.
• A recent proof-of-address document — such as a bank statement, utility bill, or government correspondence — dated within the three months immediately preceding the submission date.
• A live selfie photograph in which the Member is visibly holding their KTP adjacent to their face in adequate lighting.

ari123 commits to reviewing all submitted KYC documentation within 1 to 24 hours (WIB). Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address or through the live chat support channel. Once approved, a Member's account is fully verified and no further documentation is required unless account details change materially.

5 Deposits

ari123 accepts deposits exclusively in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) via the payment channels listed below. All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within the processing window indicated in the table.

The following deposit conditions apply at all times:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or bank account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• ari123 does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• In the event a deposit is not credited within the stated processing window, the Member must contact customer support and provide a valid transaction receipt or transfer proof (bukti transfer) for manual verification.
• ari123 reserves the right to impose a maximum deposit limit on any account at any time, particularly where responsible gaming considerations apply or where compliance obligations require such action.

6 Withdrawals

Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time provided that their account has passed full KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Additional withdrawal conditions:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. ari123 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours where additional verification is required.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any portion of a Member's balance attributable to bonus credit may be withdrawn.
• ari123 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours may be queued and processed at the start of the next available banking session. ari123 customer support operates 24/7 WIB and can provide status updates at any time.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ari123 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, and other promotional credits to eligible Members. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit is subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before it may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus credit.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitute Prohibited Conduct.
• Minimum Odds Restrictions: Free bets and bonus wagers may only be applied to markets that meet the minimum odds threshold specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed at shorter odds will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Promotion Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus credit and any associated winnings will be removed from the Member's account upon expiry without further notice.
• ari123 Discretion: ari123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bets or withhold withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to believe a promotion has been abused.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the ari123 platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, and togel (traditional numbers lottery) are published in the dedicated rules sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on markets that close due to match commencement, draw completion, or technical error before confirmation are void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market carries a minimum and maximum stake as displayed on the betting interface. ari123 reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake for any Member at its sole discretion, particularly for Members who demonstrate consistent profitable wagering patterns.
• Obvious Errors: ari123 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — even after the event has concluded. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant outcome is determined, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes refunded, unless the product-specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be settled as winners for the full payout to apply. One or more voided selections within a mix parlay will reduce the number of legs; the odds for the voided leg(s) will default to 1.00 for payout calculation purposes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ari123 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their account suspended immediately and all balances frozen pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence-assisted tool to place wagers, navigate the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — without immediately reporting them to ari123 customer support.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, coordinate bets across multiple accounts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Charging back any deposit transaction through a bank or payment provider, or filing a fraudulent dispute against a legitimate ari123 transaction.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play ("bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ari123 platform — including but not limited to the website design, brand identity, logos, typography, software code, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ari123 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational wagering purposes. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publishing any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on any ari123 content without prior written consent.
• Using any ari123 trademark, brand name, or logo in connection with any third-party service, website, or marketing material.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ari123 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at ari123.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

In summary, ari123 collects personal data for the following purposes: account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where the Member has opted in. ari123 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

ari123 recognizes that gambling, while an entertaining pastime for the majority of Members, can become harmful for a minority of individuals. In fulfillment of our responsible gaming obligations, we provide the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic time-on-site reminders to promote awareness of how long they have been active in any single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be activated by contacting customer support. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for wagering or deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling has become unmanageable may request a long-term self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the selected duration and cannot be reversed.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ari123 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from wagering activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from reliance on odds, statistics, or editorial content published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by planned maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, force majeure events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond ari123's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account where such access results from the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security or to report unauthorized access promptly.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever, even if ari123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, ari123's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ari123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Member rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — ari123 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the Member's registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law as applied in the jurisdiction of the Platform's licensing authority. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation. ari123 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve Member disputes fairly, promptly, and in accordance with the spirit as well as the letter of these Terms.
